Even we have very good coach of karate who trains our girls which helps them to defend themselves in any kind of situation. Nowadays Karate is a martial art that has evolved into a popular sport globally. Karate is not only a form of self-defense but also a competitive sport, with events held at national and international levels, including the Olympics. It helps in building physical fitness, discipline, and mental focus, making it an excellent activity for our girls.
